• How do I make changes to my Learning Agreement?

  If necessary, you can make changes to your Learning Agreement as soon as you are assigned to your courses. You can do this on the Mobility Online / Erasmus Without Paper Network, or get it signed during the open office hours of your coordinator. Only if that is not possible, you can send it via email to get it signed digitally.

  Please, only get your changes signed, once all your courses are definite! This minimizes your and your coordinator's workload!
• How do I get my Learning Agreement signed?

  If your university uses the Mobility Online / Erasmus Without Paper network, hand in your Learning Agreement there, and it will get signed digitally. If that is not the case, you can come to the open office hours or - if that is not possible - send a corresponding email request with the Learning Agreement attached. Depending on your coordinator, send it to marboe.erasmus.rewi@univie.ac.at, ofner.erasmus.rewi@univie.ac.at or wolfgang.wieshaider@univie.ac.at.
